It gives me great pleasure to have been invited to join your family of associates for a day touring both your Indiana facilities. I gained not only a huge amount of knowledge from your tour about some of the processes and attention to detail that your company has value added to your product, but also an additional amount of respect for the commitment your company has to product quality, employees, community, and of course your customers. I have been in business myself for over 30 years. I have always strived for similar commitments as Jasper, however on a different scale. I must also commend the commitment, ingenuity, and resolve to keep a huge operation running with the efficiencies that are evident in every aspect of your operations.
