I have had a pleasant experience with Jasper! I had one motor fail on me (rear main seal, valves ticking and leaking coolant), but when I called about replacing there was no hesitation and the new motor was in the next week. This one is bulletproof and has not had any problems whatsoever, just be sure you get the premium service plan!! There are mistakes that happen, for me it is all about how you go about fixing it, Jasper went a step further. Thanks guys! - Chris R.
