I recently completed a tour of your facility in Jasper and just wanted you to know how impressed I was with your operation and more importantly your team. I want to thank you for spending time with me and answering all of my questions. I have been studying the principles of continuous improvement and was amazed by some of your results. Some of the improvements that you have made have given me ideas for my own operation. I would very much enjoy seeing your facility in a few years to see how it has progressed. I realize that the changes you are implementing are the direct result of the input from your people.
